DUE DATE IS TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 18TH!

Ways to Get Involved

To meet the $100 fundraising requirement: Sponsor Race/Table ($500), Buy/Name Horse/Jockey ($100), Donate $100 Visa Gift Cards for Planning, Buyout ($175)
To earn hours: Volunteer, Donate $25 Visa Gift Cards for Race Prizes, Donate Live/Silent Auction Item (min $50 value)
Volunteers are still needed (bartending slots are filling up first and fast!). Bonus - double hours offered for clean up crew! - click here to sign up to volunteer

Auction Items

We are still seeking donation items for the live and silent auctions. Use the Participation Form (p4-5) to provide info on donated auction items.
1. 12 Date Nights - we have 4 confirmed restaurants and can use at least 8 more. Any restaurant certificates exceeding the 12th can be bundled into another nice gift basket as a separate auction item.
2. Class Auction Items - each grade was asked to contribute a class auction item. Often student-made/created projects are treasured pieces and big sellers. About 3-4 classes have confirmed their class project (these might all be completed or near completion). Please let Christina Sarracino ( know your class auction item as soon as you can. Again, submit p4-5 of the Participation Form with your auction item.
3.  Other Donations - activities, tours, hotels/trips, sports memorabilia, etc.

The class with the highest percentage of families that contribute auction items for OTTR will win a class party AND free dress!
