Christmas Concert - Rehearsal Location Change + Reminders

Rehearsal will still take place from 245pm-345pm. Each class will be dismissed after they have completed their song (beginning with Kindergarten and ending with 8th grade). Parents are welcome to pick up their child any time after their class is finished rehearsing. 
 
Any students who have not been picked up by the 4:15pm time we established in the permission slips will be signed into Extended Care.

Our annual Christmas Concert is one week away! A few important reminders to note:

* A generous member of our community has contributed the entire budget for the concert, so there will be no entrance fee for any of our guests.

* Anyone who pre-ordered tickets will receive their original form of payment through your student before Christmas vacation begins. If your payment was made in cash, we ask that you pick up your funds in the office.

* There will be a donation box at the entry (with tax receipts available) for any guests who wish to make a donation to the school.

* A limited collection of SFB Spirit Wear will be available for sale at the Christmas concert. If you would like to purchase specific items/sizes, please notify Enrollment Coordinator Sinee Halladay at enrollment@stfinnbarr.org to place your order and she will have the item available at the concert for pick up.

* The concert will begin promptly at at 6pm and will end at 7pm. Call time for students is 5:30pm -- student dress code is “Sunday Best.”
