3. Lucky to become an active participant on www.escrip.com (using the S.H.A.R.E.S. card no longer necessary) – effective April 1, 2016

Discontinue using your S.H.A.R.E.S. cards after March 31, 2016. You can continue to earn Scrip for SFB when you shop at SaveMart/Lucky grocery stores by registering your phone number on your www.escrip.com account and entering that phone number at checkout, rather than having your S.H.A.R.E.S. card swiped at checkout. Lucky gives 3% of your purchases back to SFB.

Solution – to earn Scrip for SFB you can:
     1. Register your phone number on your www.escrip.com account (or create an account if you don’t already have one). You also can register your Lucky You Rewards Card or Save Smart Card. Brief information in the attached e-mail from eScrip.com is copied below. Go to www.escrip.com/shares for details and to register for Lucky/Savemart. *Note when you go to this link it will ask you if shop at SaveMart Supermarkets, Lucky, and/or FoodMaxx/MaxValue Foods – click on each store where you shop and enter your phone number each time. After you’ve registered your phone number, when you shop at any of the SaveMart/Lucky stores, you will enter your phone number when you check out and your purchases will be counted towards your www.eScrip.com account. Lucky purchases made on your registered eScrip.com account will start counting towards your SFB Scrip starting the 2016-2017 school year.

**Existing www.eScrip.com members just need to register the phone number you will use when you check out at SaveMart/Lucky. If you are not already registered on www.eScrip.com in support of SFB, you must first create an account using SFB’s Group ID #136588773 (as shown below) and then go to the option to add grocery cards/phone number to your account to have your purchases count towards eScrip for SFB**

     2. Upload store receipts to Shoparoo

4. Costco to end agreement with American Express and to begin contract with Citibank VISA – effective June 20, 2016

This change means that Costco will no longer accept the AmEx gift cards that several families purchase here to shop at Costco and earn Scrip for SFB. After this date, you can continue to make purchases at Costco using your debit card, cash, and the new Costco VISA card Costco will send you to replace your Costco AmEx card (if you have one).
