March Cooking: Brownie Batter Oatmeal

Brownie Batter Oatmeal

 4 C- Milk of choice

1 C- Oats

1 ea.- Mashed Banana

1 T- Vanilla

¼ C- Cocoa Powder

Pinch of salt

2 T- Butter

2 T- Sugar

2 T Coconut Oil


In a pot heat all ingredients except the oats, banana and cocoa and bring to a simmer add oats and cook until tender, stirring constantly reserve some of the milk and add to cocoa powder to liquify once the oats are cooked add cocoa and banana

Why would we opt. to use soy or almond milk instead of regular milk?
